The Exchange Hotel function rooms – the perfect place to

The iconic Exchange Hotel Balmain, offers a choice of stunning function rooms combining old world charm with chic, sophisticated styling to provide the perfect canvas to host your next event. Located on the ground and first floor of this historic establishment, the flexible function spaces can accommodate groups from 10 – 250 guests. Famous for party celebrations, the Exchange Hotel is also a favourite choice for corporate meetings and business events.

The Boardroom

Located on the first floor, The Boardroom is one of our most popular venue choices. Featuring a private bar and access to the balcony this flexible space is ideal for intimate parties, corporate events, meetings or private dinners. The Boardroom is suitable for up to 70 guests for a cocktail style event, or 25 guests for a seated dinner party.

The Bistro

A spectacular, contemporary inspired room, The Bistro boasts stunning city views from its first floor location. Perfect for private dinner parties, intimate celebrations & cocktail style events this gorgeous venue has a private bar.

The Chesterfield

Let the party begin – in The Chesterfield! This is the ultimate space for parties from 50 up to 250 guests. A fabulous party venue located on the ground floor with adjustable lighting and the option for live music or DJ.

The Mirror Section

Stunning casual area with deep comfy seating and long wide bar access located on the first floor. The perfect space for up to 20 guests.

Beattie Lounge

Situated on the ground floor within close proximity of the Beattie Bar. This secluded split level room, has the feel of a traditional English pub with

plenty of lounges and working fireplaces. An ideal casual space to hold your next event or get together.

Breakout... Corporate Packages

Looking for a place to breakout from the office? The Exchange offers a range of corporate rooms including AV, Flip Charts, White Boards & Lunch from $50 per person. Have your people talk to our people on 02 8755 2555.

 

Cocktails & Canape Class

Our cocktail courses are a great option for corporate team building or networking events, and fantastic for private groups to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays or hens parties in a unique way.

Group classes run from Mon - Thur from 3pm - 5pm or 5.30pm - 7.30pm and Sat afternoons, depending on availability.

Cocktail courses for groups of 15 people or less will run for 2.5 hours and are priced at $70pp.

We also offer a cocktail course and dinner package for $120 per person.
