Slow cooked duck thigh, served with braised red cabbage,Pickled pear and a spicy aromatic sauce

Filled with caramelized root vegetables flavoured with rosemary and garlic, served with Provencal style tomato sauce

Beef Rib Eye

Served with braised radicchio and bacon, crispy sweet potato and verjuice butter

 

Corn Fed Chicken Breast

Pan roasted and served with mushroom risotto, glazed baby carrots and aged balsamic

Served with Tasmanian mussels, stewed chat potatos and finished with a Riesling beurre blanc
